زيت الزيتون
Cold-pressed extra-virgin olive oil from Sinai groves — bright, peppery and grassy on the finish. Perfect for dipping warm bread or finishing salads.
دُقُّة الزعتر
Egyptian dukkah — a fragrant blend of crushed wild thyme, toasted sesame, coriander and cumin. Dip warm bread with olive oil, or sprinkle over labneh, eggs and roasted vegetables.
