How long do your products keep?

Olive oil keeps 18 months from pressing when stored away from light and heat. Zaatar, dukkah and sage stay at their best for 12 months in a sealed jar. Ajwa dates keep 6 months at room temperature, or up to a year refrigerated. Harissa keeps 3 months in the fridge once opened.

How should I store them?

Keep the oil in a cool dark cupboard — never next to the stove. Herbs and dukkah belong in a sealed jar away from steam. Dates and harissa are happiest in the fridge.

Is everything really from Sinai?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We buy in small batches directly from growing families in Sinai — olive oil, wild zaatar, sage and Ajwa dates. Nothing is blended with imported stock and nothing has preservatives added.

What does "low stock" or "out of stock" mean?

We only pack what we can source each season. A size marked low stock has a few units left; a size marked out of stock can't be ordered until the next batch arrives — tap the WhatsApp button on that size and we'll message you the day it's back.

Where do you deliver?

Cairo and Giza door-to-door, usually within 1–2 working days. We ship to every other governorate on request, typically 2–4 working days through a courier.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is calculated by area and confirmed with you on WhatsApp before we dispatch — you'll always know the final amount before the courier moves.

When will my order arrive?

We confirm every order on WhatsApp the same day it's placed (Saturday–Thursday, 10:00–20:00) and agree a delivery window with you then.

How do I pay?

Accepted Answer

Cash on delivery — you pay the courier when the order reaches you. There is no online payment and we never ask for card details.

Can I get an invoice or order for a business?

Accepted Answer

Yes — we handle gift boxes, restaurant and wholesale orders. Message us on WhatsApp with the quantities you need and we'll send a quote.

What if something arrives damaged?

Tell us within 48 hours with a photo and we'll replace the item on the next delivery or refund it in full — no arguments.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Accepted Answer

Any time before it's dispatched. Because payment is on delivery, cancelling costs you nothing — just message us on WhatsApp.

Do you accept returns on opened food?

Accepted Answer

For food safety we can't take back opened items unless there's a quality issue — and if there is one, we'll always make it right.
